Manual Raise Arm Barriers are a low maintenance and cost-effective solution to control access to your site or areas which may be off limits to certain personnel. Consisting of a bolted down steel pedestal and an aluminium arm which come in a range of sizes from 3.0m to 7.0m, these barriers are quick and easy to install. Unlike electronic automatic gates, they require no power sources, making them ideal for more rural locations or sites where the infrastructure for power is not available. Manual Raise Arm Barriers are typically used in situations where the arm can be left in either the horizontal or the upright position for long periods of time.
Unlike many other types of manual raise arm barriers, which often come with counterbalanced ‘fishtails’ however these barriers come with gas assisted dampers which make them easy to operate enabling consistent use through the day and without excessive amounts of effort by the user. The barrier has a smooth, controlled operation and the two gas struts offer stability and security.
These barriers also feature ergonomic grip handles, which make it incredibly comfortable to operate this gate in either the opening or closing process. When the gate is no longer in use, it is possible to lock the barrier with the use of a padlock
The manual Raise Arm Barriers are incredibly easy to install, each pedestal is supplied ready assembled. They simply need to be bolted down, levelled and the pole fitted. After this they are ready to be tested and used to secure your site.
