More than their graceful appearance, these gates prioritise safety, boasting smooth, edge-free bowed tops that drastically mitigate injury risks and prevent unauthorised access while ensuring unobstructed views into enclosed spaces.

What sets the EnviroRail® Bow Top gate apart from similar gates, is its novel manufacturing process. Utilising a low-weld technique, this eco-conscious method surpasses similar products available in the market. Laser-cut, custom-made and pre-galvanised components form robust pressed connections during assembly, reducing energy-intensive welding requirements. If you are concerned about manufacturing impact, this could be the product for you.

Constructed from high-quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and then coated with polyester powder in a wide range of standard or non-standard RAL colours, these gates are built to be resilient and withstand diverse weather conditions, making them ideal for permanent outdoor use. Properly installed, they provide you with years of reliable function with little in the way of maintenance required.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

Their versatility shines through hassle-free installation, thanks to a modular, lightweight design and adaptable handedness that eliminate constraints associated with fixed left or right-hand leaf orientations. Each gate arrives pre-drilled, streamlining the hinge and drop bolt installation process, with included plastic hole plugs for the unused holes. Customers can opt for additional locking drop bolts.

Safety is prioritised with a comprehensive gate kit including an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes in compliance with BS 12604 guidelines. Multiple hinges prevent gate leaf failure, ensuring safety and averting potential injuries or damage. Additionally, fully welded gate hooks provide an added layer of security, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement. All EnviroRail gates come with a UniSlide kit, a secure and durable sliding system for smooth functionality. The Single Leaf Kit includes a retainer plate and guide plate for precise alignment, a durable slider with an integrated handle set and fixings.

Offering various widths and heights, this gate kit provides dig-in and bolt-down options catering to diverse installation needs. The dig-in option suits softer ground and requires Post Mix for a sturdy installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.

This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
