Introducing the EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate range, First Fence proudly offers meticulously designed gates that perfectly harmonise with the EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing collection. These gates, available in single and double leaf options, come in various widths and heights, offering flexibility, and are coated with a range of polyester powder colours to suit individual preferences.

Features and Benefits

Despite the seemingly standard appearance, the manufacturing process of an EnviroRail® Bow Top gate emphasises an eco-conscious approach. By employing a low-weld technique and utilising custom-made pre-galvanised components, these gates ensure robust connections without the need for energy-intensive welding. This is the choice for anyone conscious of the environmental impact of manufacturing processes.

Made from high-quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and further fortified with polyester powder coating available in standard or non-standard RAL colours, these gates are engineered for enduring outdoor installation, capable of withstanding diverse environmental conditions.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates boast a versatile and easy installation system characterised by modularity and lightweight design. Their universal handedness offers unmatched on-site adaptability, liberating users from the constraints of fixed left or right-hand leaf gates. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.

Each gate arrives pre-drilled, simplifying the hinge and drop bolt installation process, and includes convenient plastic hole plugs for any unused holes.

The comprehensive kit consists of an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge and catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, ensuring adherence to BS 12604 safety guidelines. In case of hinge failure, multiple hinges prevent the gate leaf from falling, prioritising safety and averting potential injury or damage, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.

Offering various widths and heights, this gate kit accommodates diverse installation needs, catering to both dig-in and bolt-down installations based on ground hardness, using Post Mix or M16 x 125mm anchor bolts for stability.

This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
