Introducing the EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate collection from First Fence, meticulously designed to complement the EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing series. Our gate and railing panel kits, part of the EnviroRail® range, are crafted to harmonise functionality with exquisite aesthetics. The gates are available in single or double leaf options, offering versatile widths, heights, and an array of polyester powder coated colours.
Recognised for their unique curved top line, Bow Top railings and gates are a preferred choice among fencing and gating customers. Their graceful design enhances the visual appeal of gardens, parks, schools, residential areas, seamlessly blending with diverse architectural styles.
Emphasising safety, these gates feature smooth, edge-free bowed tops, significantly minimising the risk of injuries. They act as a barrier against unauthorised access while ensuring clear visibility into the enclosed area.
The EnviroRail® Bow Top gate stands out due to its distinct manufacturing process. Employing a low-weld technique, this eco-conscious system surpasses similar products in the market. Laser-cut, custom-made pre-galvanised components form sturdy connections during assembly, minimising the need for energy-intensive welding.
Constructed from high-quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and further fortified with polyester powder coating available in standard or non-standard RAL colours, these gates are built to withstand outdoor installation, enduring various weather conditions.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates are celebrated for their versatility and hassle-free installation. Their modular, lightweight design and adaptable handedness provide exceptional flexibility on-site, eliminating constraints associated with fixed left or right-hand leaf orientations. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each gate arrives pre-drilled, streamlining the hinge and drop bolt installation process. Plastic hole plugs are included for unused holes.
The comprehensive kit comprises an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, prioritising safety in adherence to BS 12604 guidelines. In the event of hinge failure, multiple hinges prevent the gate leaf from falling, ensuring safety and averting potential injury or damage. Fully welded gate hooks provide an added layer of security, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Available in various widths and heights, this gate kit caters to diverse installation needs, offering dig-in and bolt-down options. The dig-in choice suits softer ground, necessitating Post Mix for stability, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
First Fence's extensive line-up includes EnviroRail® Railings and Estate Railings and Gates, presenting customers with a broader selection of high-quality fencing solutions.
