In the EnviroRail® line up, First Fence showcases a variety of gate and railing panel kits. The kits are available in single and double leaf configurations, providing a diverse palette of polyester powder-coated colours for easy integration with an existing system or perhaps corporate branding. These gates are adaptable, suitable for both bolt-down and dig-in installations, ensuring compatibility with various ground surfaces. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate, though appearing standard at first glance, stands out in the market due to its environmentally conscious production method. Utilising a low-weld technique, the system incorporates custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components, forming robust bonds when they are pressed firmly together during assembly, and lowering the reliance on energy-intensive welding. This eco-friendly approach aligns with customer preferences for reducing environmental impact during manufacturing.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates have exceptional durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, ensuring years of reliable functionality.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates provide a modular and lightweight solution, facilitating rapid installation to meet various hardware requirements. With a universal design, they offer on-site flexibility without the need for specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for simple adjustments in the event of gate shifts, providing flexibility that traditional fixed hardware can't give.

The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, in the event of even a single hinge failure. Additionally, gate hooks are welded to the gate post, with fixed-axis hinges eliminating vertical movement.

Each gate comes pre-drilled, simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs come with this kit to cover any unused holes on the attack face.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.

This gate has fully modular locking ability and is compatible with our security locks, this gate kit, when installed correctly, allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have a 50mm ground clearance.
