Specific delivery options are now live!

We are pleased to announce that our specific day delivery system is now live, allowing for specific day and time slots to be booked at checkout.

We all know waiting for deliveries can be a chore, waiting on site can be time consuming and frustrating, especially when you just want to get on with the job. Well don’t be tied down by deliveries any more with our new specific day and time delivery system!

Our new delivery system allows you to control the delivery with the option to select a specific day, including delivery on weekends. As well as picking a specific day, it is also possible to select either a AM or PM delivery and for even more control it is also possible to also select a 2 hour time slot.

Our new delivery system is quick and easy to use, allowing you to book your delivery and get on with the rest of your day.

As well as the specific date and time delivery, we have also made it easier to select an offloading option for your products. It is now possible to select from one of three options; self offload, assisted offload and First fence offload.

We also still offer our standard, express and next working day services:

Standard – 1-5 working day delivery time

Express – 1-3 working day delivery time

Next Working day – Please note that with this option, orders must be placed before 3pm

Another new feature that has been added to our checkout system to make deliveries even easier is the option to choose an offloading service.

We offer three different offloading options depending on your facilities or staff available to offload.

Customer offload – This option is the one to choose if you have staff who will be able to offload the vehicle by hand, or you have a vehicle capable of offloading such as a fork lift truck.

Assisted offload – This option is the option to chose if you require the driver to assist you with the offloading of the items you have ordered.

First Fence offload – With this option, our operations team will provide the appropriate offloading facilities to offload your items safely.

(Please note with both assisted and First Fence offloads, these are curb side deliveries only)

It is also possible to collect your items directly from one of our depots located throughout the UK where our friendly depot teams will assist with loading your vehicle with your items.

Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your site restrictions, opening times and offloading facilities.
This is then passed on to our operations team who will arrange your delivery. The day before the delivery is due one of the operations team will contact to advise that the delivery has been organised for the next working day and confirm your restrictions and opening times.
On the day of delivery, the driver will aim to call an hour before the delivery is due to advise that they are on their way to deliver your items.
