Wychwood Hazard Style Verge Post – Danger Cables Underground
The Wychwood Hazard Style Verge post is a resilient verge post designed to clearly make pedestrians and drivers aware of electrical cables buried underground.
These posts have been constructed from plastic and designed to return to their original upright position even after being impacted by a vehicle.
These hazard style verge posts have been designed to be highly visible, with the front of each featuring a large high visibility section. This makes it extremely clear to see during the day, at night and in adverse weather conditions.
The posts have been designed for permanent installation, with 300mm of the 1300mm post provided for digging into the ground and being secured with post mix, with the post sitting 1000mm tall when installed. There is also a lower hole which allows for the insertion of a bar, which can help to secure the post in place. It also offers increased security due to the integral barb located at the post’s rear, which effectively helps to prevent the post being removed.
