Providing your crowd control barrier perimeter with a walk-through gate can allow for a more controlled flow of pedestrians entering or leaving the perimeter. The walk-through crowd control barrier is compatible with the 2.3m Fixed Leg Crowd Barrier and with its red powder coated finish, has increased visibility making it easier for pedestrians to see.
What are Walk Through Barriers and why should they be used?
Walk through crowd control barriers have been designed to provide safe points of exit or entry to a line or perimeter of crowd control barriers. These points of entry and exit make it much easier to manage the numbers of pedestrians entering and leaving, which is important for events where numbers need to be monitored for health and safety purposes.
Constructed from high quality galvanised steel, these barriers are designed to last and are suitable for use in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Each of the gates has a highly visible red Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) which makes them highly visible, allowing pedestrians to find them easily.
Where are Walk-Through Crowd Control Barriers suitable for use?
Walk through barriers can be used to control and manage pedestrian access in a range of indoor and outdoor locations and situations such as:

Each of the Walk-Through Barriers are incredibly light, which means that they can be carried and installed without the use of any additional tools or equipment.

If you’re looking to have more control over the numbers entering your site, as well as the ability to prevent access to pedestrians, we also have a Walk-Through Barrier with Gate which features a small closing gate. Much like the Walk-Through Gate, it is lightweight and easy to install within your barrier system.
