This combo stabilising bar and block tray system is incredibly fast and easy to install when constructing a temporary fencing line or perimeter. The stabilising bar is attached to the fencing line using the temporary fencing couplers used to join the panels together. The bar is then secured to the block tray, which can then be weighted down with ballast
