Propmate with Handle
The Propmate is a heavy duty steel support blade with handle and is designed to be used with Acrow Props to secure the weight of a wall during renovation and repair work. They are also known as Strongboys or Support Blades.
Acrow Props are temporary vertical support products utilised on a project when cutting a new doorway into a load-bearing brick wall, for instance. They prevent the wall from collapsing on anyone working below or nearby.
Features and Benefits
The Acrow Prop has a square top plate that fits securely into the Propmate below the blade handle, the Propmate can be pushed into the space between brick course (the mortar is removed to facilitate this positioning). Both the Propmate and Acrow Prop work together to provide vertical support and create a safe working environment..
The Propmate has a Safe Working Load of 340kg maximum Load Capacity and a Maximum Safe Height of 3m. The maximum spacing between props is 900mm and the thickness of wall supported is 225mm.
The Propmate will work with the Acrow Props available from First Fence.
