Size 8 Tube Plastic Stop End (A68) Key Clamp Fitting

A Plastic Stop End, also known as an A68 Fitting, has been specifically designed to be used as a plug for the ends of tubing used in guardrail or handrail systems. They fit tightly and are not easy to remove once they are in place; by creating this secure seal, the A68 prevents any debris, such as dirt, rubble or water from entering the tubing. If this debris were to get within the tubes, then it may cause corrosion or weathering which would reduce the longevity of the system, therefore meaning it would need to be repaired or replaced.

This Plastic Stop End should be used in conjunction with tubes that are of a similar dimension to ensure that a tight fit is created. Please note: This particular A68 fixing is compatible with Size 8 Tubes that have an outside diameter of 48.3mm.
