Open Box Beam is an alternative to regular Armco barriers and can withstand higher impact forces than the corrugated rail equivalent product. These are a good choice for warehouse loading bays and carparks where pedestrian and expensive equipment need protection from accidental impact from heavy vehicles.
Open Box Clamp Plates are an important part of the installation of this type of system. The Clamp Plate works with both RSJ and Z posts and forms a mounting point for the barrier itself, it is attached to the post with a single bolt and the open box beam can then slide into place which makes installation quite quick.
The Open Box Beam Bolt for Clamp Plates is an M10 x 35mm bolt and comes with a nut and 2 washers. Made from galvanised steel it will be suitable for both internal and external systems.
