Multitrack 1000 Non-Woven Membrane
The Multitrack Non-Woven Membrane is a unique thermally bonded membrane. It has excellent separation and filtration properties which makes it ideal for ground works. The filtration properties of the Membrane prevent dissimilar soil layers from intermixing and also allows for water to pass through whilst keeping fine particles of soil out. This Non-Woven Membrane can also be used to prevent erosion and is perfect for use on access roads and under areas of hard standing due to its filtration capability. The robustness and hydraulic properties of the Membrane mean it can be used in construction applications such as, trench drains and the wrapping of punctured drainage pipes.
Manufactured by either needle-punching or heat-bonding synthetic fibres together to create one piece of fabric, this Non-Woven Membrane is manufactured in unique ways. The material is resistant to installation damage which means that the Membrane will always be installed safely and securely. Being designed in such a way which enables it to be puncture resistant and permeable, this Non-Woven Membrane is ideal for coastal defences.
Supplied on a 4.5m x 100m roll, this Non-Woven Membrane will cover 450m2 and is ideal for larger projects where a lot of space is required to be covered.
