Sales

Our Sales Team can offer you a quick, easy and hassle-free experience when placing your order. With extensive knowledge of our complete product range, plus a friendly and patient approach, our expert team will provide you with all the information you need, plus a highly competitive price.

We also operate a 24/7 Sales Line which means that we are always there when you need us.

Operations

The Operations department is where our Transport and Customer Service teams organise the delivery schedule and deal with all order-related enquiries. Using the latest cutting-edge digital CRM and order tracking systems, our dedicated Operations Team work hard to ensure that there is a constant flow of communication between First Fence and our customers, so we both know exactly where we stand.

Manufacturing

Our skilled Fabrication Team work with only the highest quality of steel to produce a range of security gates, fencing posts and traffic management solutions. Working daily in the Fabrication Unit based at our Midlands Headquarters, our team operate a variety of machines including Tubemaster and Manual Linear Rail tube punchers, and have most recently had a new addition of a Plasma Cutter. Whether you need a standard or bespoke product, our hard-working Fabrication Team can produce well-made permanent solutions to your exact specification.

Accounts

When it comes to the Accounts Team, they do exactly what their name suggests – they look after our accounts and finances. So with our rapid expansion and constant flow of orders, Accounts are an extremely busy team, working hard to ensure that the books are balanced and our customers’ orders are processed and ready for when they need them.

Delivery

We have a hardworking team of staff operating daily at all of our branches, who make sure that all orders are distributed to our customers on-time and in a good quality state.

Our Yard staff safely handle and carefully organise our stock so that when it comes to picking orders or completing client collections, our products are ready to go. We also have a dedicated team of Delivery Drivers who travel the length and breadth of the UK in a range of Flatbed Trucks and HGV’s to ensure that our customers receive their goods when they need them.

Technology

From website development to online marketing, our Technology department is a buzzing hub of activity. First Fence is heavily driven by technology via our digital CRM systems and online store, and we have a number of employees working in various roles who manage and develop these on a daily basis.

IT Administration – this small team maintain all of First Fence’s IT network and servers, as well as helping staff on a daily basis by setting up new users, managing security and providing general help and assistance.

Web Content – managing all of our ecommerce, branding and marketing activity, this team ensure that all information is clearly communicated to our customers and that our presence within the fencing market is constantly maintained.

Web & Systems Development – this team are constantly working on a range of projects including the development of digital CRM systems and building our website. They ensure that our staff have access to the best systems, so we can provide you with the best service.
