Gatemaster Superlock Latch Deadlock with Flat Handles

The Gatemaster Superlock Latch Deadlock is a great way to secure your gate; it has the ease of a latch with all the security of a deadlock, once the key is turned. Deadlocks are a very reliable locking method and can prevent unauthorised accessed and consequently, theft.

The lock has a very slim 70mm case which will work with a range of metal gates and fits into tight spaces, making it a very versatile item. For everyday use the handles operate the latch, and this latch can be deadlocked by turning the key. This is ideal for when you are locking up at the end of the day, giving you the security of knowing thieves will find it very difficult to access your property and steal valuable items.

The stainless steel latchbolt has an adjustable length which enables very precise on-site fitting, also, it can be rotated depending whether you have a right or left-handed gate.

This lock comes with flat handles with clean lines and an unfussy appearance, other styles are available.

Installation is a relatively simple process. Two holes need to be drilled for the fixing bolts and a further hole for the latchbolt (see specification document for full details). The lock requires minimal maintenance, you simply grease the latchbolt and deadbolt with light oil every 6 months, and once a year dismantle the lock and spray the mechanism with the same light oil.
