Designed to provide safe and controlled closing, these closers can be used on a wide variety of gate types, preventing accidents and injuries from occurring especially in areas such as parks and schools.

Quick and simple to install, they can be affixed to new and existing gate systems with a weight of up to 150 kg.

Hydraulic Closer

Perfect for use in schools and playgrounds, the hydraulic closer can provide a soft closing function for gates up to 150Kg with no power required. Easy to install, with a customisable closing speed, they are an ideal choice for a wide range of locations.

The kit, which contains the Hydraulic Closer and Top Hinge, provides a strong, reliable, and safe closing. The built-in standard hinges prevent the gate from opening more than 90o, preventing damage from being caused to the system.

These Hydraulic closers can be used on gates which are either left or right hand hung.

Installation and maintenance

The Hydraulic Gate Closer is quick and easy to install. The Closer is mounted underneath the gate this makes it unobstructed and hidden inside its own case. It also acts as a load-bearing lower hinge.

A top hinge is fully adjustable to enable the gate to be positioned correctly after installation. The latch speed can be set separately for the closing speed of the gate.

Once installed, the closer and bottom hinge require no maintenance however the top hinge should be kept lubricated with a suitable grease.

Closing Gas Strut

A robust and reliable gate closing solution, the closing gas strut can support a weight of up to 80kg and they are currently one of the most reliable struts available on the market.

The resistance of the closer can be adjusted by simply moving the bracket along the bracket to increase or decrease the force. There is no need to worry about adjusting the gas pressure, its unique oil dampened design makes it much easier to control the closing speed.

Fitting

The Closing Strut is easy to fit with adjustable brackets which eliminates the need to compress the strut during fitting.

The Closing Gate Strut can be fixed to the bracket by either welding on or screw fixed fitting them to a range of different types of gates.

Please note: Fixings are not included with the screw fixing welding gas strut

Both closers can be fitted around new and existing Palisade, Mesh and Railing gates. Easily adjusted to fit where existing hinges are in place.
