Expander Barrier
The Expander Barrier is an extremely versatile piece of equipment, making it perfect for indoor locations. If used outdoors, be mindful of weather conditions. Each barrier is extendable and will provide a length ranging from 550mm to 3100mm when fully extended. It is this expanding operation that allows it the flexibility that a fixed-length barrier just does not possess.
Made from PVC and with easy-grip handles, the barrier is extremely lightweight, with a total weight of 10.5kg, making it easy to deploy. Yet, it is sturdy and will hold its own in challenging weather conditions, on uneven ground, and in areas with high pedestrian traffic. It is compatible with Titan Barriers.
The Expander Barrier is available with either standard or anti-trip feet. Anti-trip feet are painted in high-visibility yellow and have two reflectors per foot for extra visibility in low-light situations.
Included with the barrier is a unique design clip that holds each unit together to enable easy carrying, and it can be utilized to join several systems together.
The ease of use makes it ideal for many different locations, including department stores, hotels, schools and colleges, air and seaports, railway stations, leisure centres, as well as factory or maintenance sites, when needing to temporarily close off an area or guide people in a particular direction.
The barrier can be kept clean by wiping it down with a soapy cloth and allowed to air dry. Store it in a suitable environment.
