The EVO 1.0m barrier is constructed from durable UV-stabilised polyethylene. This material ensures that the barrier will have a long lifespan, even in harsh weather conditions. The design is lightweight at 7.5kg when empty, making it easy to handle. When filled with water or sand, it weighs 34kg for stability. This adaptability makes them suitable for various applications, from controlling pedestrian flow at festivals to safeguarding construction zones from unauthorized access.

Filled to the designated water or sand line, these chapter 8 compliant barriers can withstand wind speeds of up to 55 mph, guaranteeing their position remains secure in challenging weather. Additionally, the wide base and forklift pockets on each barrier facilitate easy deployment and manoeuvring with machinery.

The EVO 1.0m system features a user-friendly interlocking design that allows for quick and effortless connection between barriers. This creates a continuous, solid wall without gaps, preventing potential hazards and ensuring a clear delineation of restricted areas.

The high-visibility red and white striped design ensures pedestrians and drivers are well-informed of restricted zones. This promotes safety and minimises the risk of accidents, especially during low-light conditions.
