The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Round Railing Kits provide a fantastic looking form of border or site demarcation which has been designed to be more environmentally friendly than its standard vertical bar railing counterparts. Constructed from high quality steel, these railings are built to last and are suitable for a range of locations and ground types.
While EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing kits may look like standard vertical bar railing kits, the key difference lies in the construction. Unlike standard vertical bar railings which rely heavily on the use of welding to create joins between components, EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railings are made using a reduced weld system. This system comprises of components which have been custom formed and cut, which when pressed together, form an incredibly strong bonds without the need for welding. Whilst some welding is still required, it greatly reduces the amount of welding required per bay of railings.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of pre-galvanised steel hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Kits are also suitable for installation on a range of hard and soft ground surfaces by selecting either dig in or bolt down posts.
Dig in posts – This post type is suited towards areas with softer ground such as soil, where it is possible to dig holes. These posts are secured in place with the use of post mix, which when set creates an incredibly strong base to support the posts and the railing bays.
Bolt down posts – The bolt down post is ideal for areas with a hard ground surface, where digging holes may not be possible. These posts have a base plate attached with pre-fabricated holes which allow for ground anchor bolts to be drilled into the ground surface to hold the posts securely in place.
Each 1.0m High EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Round Railing Kit includes the following items:
As each kit comes with one post, additional end post kits will be required in order to end each line of railings.
These 1.0m High EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Round Railing Kits are available in a wide range of Polyester Powder Coatings (PPC). These coatings can help to create a bright and colourful perimeter, as well as giving the steel a layer of protection against the damaging effects of rust formation and corrosion.
In the unfortunate event of your EnviroRail® system becoming damaged, either during the installation process or due to wear and tear, we offer touch up spray cans which are available in a wide range of RAL colours and provide a quick and easy to use solution for repairing chips or scuffs in the powder coating.
As well as these 1.0m High EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Round Railings, we also offer a range of additional heights in the Vertical Bar Round Railings as well as Standard Bow Top Railings which can be found here. For a more child friendly option that is suitable for play areas and parks, we also offer the EnviroRail® Bow Top Play Sec Railing kits.
