First Fence is excited to present the newest addition to our product line up, the EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Gate series, fitting in perfectly with popular EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing collection.
Within the EnviroRail® series, we offer our customers a comprehensive selection of gate and railing panel kits, all crafted from pre-galvanised steel and polyester powder-coated for durability and a sleek finish. Our gates, available in single and double leaf configurations, come in a wide array of RAL colors, ensuring a perfect integration with your own railing systems or aligning with corporate branding. They can be easily installed either by bolting down or digging in, showcasing flexibility across diverse ground surfaces. Prior to making your gate purchase, we recommend conducting an on-site evaluation or reaching out to our team for personalised expert guidance to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Despite its standard-looking appearance, the EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate distinguishes itself through its environmentally friendly and novel manufacturing process. Utilising a low-weld technique and custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components, this gate forms strong bonds during assembly, reducing the need for energy-intensive welding and aligning with our customer preferences for a reduced environmental impact.
Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit exceptional durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements. This ensures years of reliable functionality while preserving their aesthetic appeal over time.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates provide a modular and lightweight solution, facilitating rapid installation to meet various hardware requirements. With a universal design, they offer on-site flexibility without the need for specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. This modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate shifts, providing flexibility beyond fixed hardware.
The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.
Each gate comes pre-drilled for easy attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with our security locks, available for purchase today, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts per post.
In addition to the gate kit, First Fence offers EnviroRail® Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates, providing a comprehensive range for various security needs. Enhance security by considering a heavy-duty padlock as an additional measure.
