Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution, enabling swift installation to meet diverse hardware needs. With a universal design, these gates provide on-site versatility without the need for left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modularity allows easy adjustments in the event of gate movement, providing flexibility that traditional fixed hardware cannot.
The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability. the gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.
Each gate comes pre-drilled with holes for easy fitting of three hinges and a drop bolt, with included plastic hole plugs for unused holes. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring easy installation.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is ideal for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option suits harder ground surfaces, secured with four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
