First Fence is thrilled to unveil our newest product offering, the EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Gate series, designed to work with our EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing collection.

Within the EnviroRail® series, we offer the customer a full selection of gate and railing panel kits. Our gates, which are available in both single and double leaf configurations, come in a wide spectrum of polyester powder-coated colours, ensuring easy inclusion with existing systems or corporate branding. Their versatility applies to both bolt-down and dig-in installations, offering flexibility across many different ground surfaces. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate stands out for its environmentally mindful production, employing an innovative manufacturing process. While it may appear a standard type of gate, it utilises a low-weld technique that integrates custom laser-cut pre-galvanised elements. This not only creates strong bonds during the pressing assembly but also reduces the reliance on energy-intensive welding, aligning with customer desire for a decreased environmental impact during manufacturing.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates offer superb resilience and robustness, enduring sustained contact with outdoor elements. This ensures many years of reliable functionality while preserving their aesthetic appeal over time.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution, easing installation and meeting various hardware needs. With their universal design, they offer on-site flexibility as there is no need for specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during fitting. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments to be made in the event of gate movement, providing flexibility that fixed hardware cannot give.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each gate comes with pre-drilled holes for easy attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. This gate has fully modular locking ability and is compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
