First Fence introduces the newest inclusion to our product range – the EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Gate series, which perfectly complements our existing EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing collection.
Our gates, of course, are available in both single and double leaf variations and feature a selection of polyester powder-coated colours, ensuring integration with existing colour schemes or corporate branding. They are compatible with various ground surfaces being available as both a dig in or bolt down variety. We highly recommend doing a ground evaluation before making a purchase, or seeking advice from our team to ensure you get the right product first time.
The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate stands out in the market due to its environmentally conscious production, despite its seemingly standard appearance. The production of this range uses an innovative low-weld technique, which uses laser-cut, pre-galvanised components, forming robust bonds when pressed together. This eco-friendly approach aligns with many customers who now prefer a product with lower environmental impact during manufacturing.
Formed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit superb durability, able to endure prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor elements, thus ensuring years of reliable functionality.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates provide a modular and lightweight gate solution, facilitating rapid installation to meet various hardware requirements. With a universal design, they present on-site flexibility as there is no need for specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate shifts, providing flexibility that fixed hardware cannot give.
The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Additionally, gate hooks are welded to the gate post, with fixed-axis hinges eliminating any vertical movement.
Each gate comes with pre-drilled holes, vastly simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face of the gate.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
This gate has a fully modular locking ability and is compatible with our security locks, this gate kit, when properly installed, allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have a 50mm ground clearance.
In addition to the gate kit, First Fence offers EnviroRail® Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates, providing a comprehensive range for various security needs. Enhance security by considering a heavy-duty padlock as an additional measure.
