In the EnviroRail® series, we have a variety of gate and railing panel kits. Our gates, offered in both single and double leaf configurations, have a diverse range of RAL colours, ensuring total integration with an existing system or any corporate branding. These gates are extremely versatile, suitable for bolt-down and dig-in installations, ensuring compatibility with most ground surfaces. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate, despite its standard appearance, stands out in the market due to its environmentally mindful production approach. Applying a low-weld procedure, the system integrates custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components, creating strong pressed bonds thereby reducing the reliance on energy-intensive welding. This eco-friendly approach aligns with customer preferences for lowering environmental impact during manufacturing.

Made from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates show exceptional robustness, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, ensuring many years of reliable functionality. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates offer a flexible and lightweight modular solution, enabling quick installation to accommodate diverse hardware needs. Featuring a universal design, they provide on-site adaptability without the requirement for specific left or right-hand instructions, streamlining decision-making during setup. The modular functionality allows effortless adjustments in case of gate shifts, delivering flexibility that is beyond traditional fixed hardware.

The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a hinge failing. Additionally, gate hooks are welded to the gate post, with fixed-axis hinges eliminating vertical movement.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in most locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts per post.

Each gate comes pre-drilled, simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face.

Compatible with our security locks, this gate kit, when installed correctly, allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. These gates have a 50mm ground clearance.
