The CP.YAKOTI In-Built Control Panel is specifically designed for the YAK25OTI gate automation system, enhancing functionality and user experience in a range of settings.
The system is equipped with an integrated LCD display and includes the ONE2.WB model 433.92 MHz radio receiver as a standard feature. It has removable terminal boards and supports automatic, semi-automatic, and deadman’s logic. Additionally, the design incorporates motor limit switch inputs along with controls for step-by-step, open, close, pedestrian, and stop functions.
There are two photocell inputs that can be configured to be active during either the opening-closing phases or solely in the closing phase. The system offers inputs for N.C. or 8K2 sensitive edges and a safety sensor. Additionally, an output can be configured as a gate open indicator, service light, or area light, and there is a photocell testing output along with a second radio channel output.
Features such as autosetting of operating parameters, electronic torque adjustment with automatic calculation for each point in the stroke (STC SYSTEM), and anti-crushing safety through amperometric obstacle detection enhance functionality. The system also includes adjustable slow-downs, the Advantouch system for parameter configuration and radio transmitter management, an integrated inverter, and a virtual encoder. Other capabilities include tracking the number of manoeuvres, a programming access password, and a maintenance warning system.
