Each unit measures 10 metres long and has a 730mm (28”) coil diameter. When stretched, the coil diameter is 620mm (24.4") and the stretch length is 10-12 metres.
An extremely diverse product that can be utilised on a variety of fences and walls. Once it is in-situ it will make the barrier difficult to scale and will hinder anyone’s attempt at intrusion.
As it is fabricated from steel, it is recyclable, but it can also be reused elsewhere when it is not needed in the original setting any longer.
For longer fences, you may require support brackets to stop the wire from sagging and to attach it to the top of the fence, these can be purchased separately from the First Fence website. Once sited, the wire will need limited maintenance.
This product can be seen used extensively around high voltage pylons, utility compounds, prisons, high-security hospitals, land borders and military camps.
It is not advised to handle this kind of wire without protective wear as it can cause physical harm. Never use bare hands.
