security fencing company First Fence has become a leader in its sector. It has responded
well to increased demand for security fencing in a number of sectors, including railways
and aviation, by introducing new ways of working, making sure it always has stock
available and opening multiple sites across the UK to speed up delivery. Turnover is now
soaring ahead and it is now widely recognised as the place to go for specialist
fencing.

Congratulations to First Fence for transforming its business into a fast,
responsive and competitive enterprise that goes to great lengths to provide its
customers with the best products and service possible. First Fence has stayed ahead in
its industry by having in-house manufacturing and offering a 24/7 sales service, which
is unusual for the building sector. It is able to deliver on time and provide a same-day
service because it has branches and a fleet of delivery vans all over the country. Well
done.
Best Innovation
Commenting on the award to First Fence Ltd in the Best Innovation
category, the Chairman of
the judges said:
First Fence is a true pioneer in its industry because, unable to find
something
suitable on the market, it has taken a risk and built its own innovative new order
fulfillment system that has streamlined the processing of orders and the hiring of
equipment. The fact that at April 2016, 96.3% of orders were completed smoothly without
any hitches proves the incredible efficiency of its new order fulfillment system. By
having an auditable and reliable ordering system, it has supported First Fence’s
rapid growth and greatly improved its relationship with customers.
