The Aluminium Double Swing Driveway Gate is a partial privacy model; the top section has a mixed infill allowing visibility through it but giving plenty of seclusion to your home. There is a solid, vertical infill to the lower part of the gate leaf and the top line has a gentle curve that is very attractive. This is a robust, executive style of gate that adds security and style, keeping your family, pets and vehicles safe.

Manufactured from aluminium the gate is light weight and therefore relatively simple to install and to operate. Aluminium is highly resistant to rust when compared to other traditional materials such as cast iron and stainless steel, and is able to tolerate the changing weather conditions, particularly the wet and cold. It is also suitable for saline environments so if you live by the sea, an aluminium gate will be a good choice.

This gate is 4.0m wide and 1.8m high and comes with a polyester powder coating in black. This coating gives the gate a protective layer against the damages of wear and tear and adverse weather, but it also gives it a supremely high quality finish and look.

This comes with 4 wall-mounted and 2 floor-mounted hinges to attach it in place, when you are taking your measurements please allow an extra 50mm for the hinges. Gate posts can be purchased separately and are recommended if there is nothing to fix the gate to. The lock and handle for the gate can be purchased as an add on for an additional price and it will be fitted to the gate before delivery.

This is a low maintenance gate, you do not need to treat it or paint it, it simply requires a wash down with soapy water from time to time. Aluminium is a recyclable material so this gate will be considered to be eco-friendly.
