7ft Timber Fence Post
Timber fence posts are an essential and popular component of garden fencing and have been the first choice in completing many garden perimeter systems across the UK for a long time. They are designed for installing a wooden fence panel while offering added strength and stability to the structure.
Providing a quick and easy installation, each post is placed at the back of the fencing panels and attaches to the struts running horizontally. Typically, these are chosen so that they are taller than the panels as each would need to be dug into the ground and come slightly below the top of the panel to offer a neat finish.
Fence posts are available in both concrete and wooden versions, with the latter being the more attractive and available in many different lengths and widths. Whilst concrete has a longer life span, timber fence posts are still a durable option for everyday fencing projects making them a cost-effective choice for your garden project while still providing a modern look.
