6ft Long Timber Fence Posts
Designed for installing wooden fence panels, timber fence posts are an essential component of garden fencing, where they offer added strength and stability to the structure. Over the UK, they are the first choice when completing a garden perimeter system.
Each post is placed at the back of the fencing panels and attaches to the struts running horizontally. Typically, posts are chosen taller than the panels as they are dug into the ground and come slightly below the top of the fencing panel to offer a neat finish.
Fence posts are available in both concrete and wooden versions, with the latter being the more attractive and come in many different lengths and widths. Whilst concrete has a longer life span, timber fence posts are still a durable option for everyday fencing projects making them a cost-effective choice for your garden project.
