Rubbish Chutes
The 20" Rubbish Chute format is a versatile system that is perfect for times where a rigid system is not practical. This system, also known as a scaffold chute or rubble chute, is constructed from high-quality MDPE and HDPE plastic. This robust material boasts exceptional strength and rigidity, ensuring it performs flawlessly in both hot and cold temperatures. Additionally, it offers superior resistance to scratches and other wear and tear, making it ideal for the demanding environment of a construction site.
The 20" Rubbish Chute System prioritises safety for both workers and pedestrians. By eliminating the need for manual waste transportation from higher floors, it significantly reduces the risk of injuries caused by lifting or dropping heavy debris. This not only protects workers but also streamlines the waste disposal process, improving overall project efficiency.
These single-piece moulded chutes with a channelled top rim ensure optimal shape retention even under heavy loads. The system is built from individual 20" Chute Sections that can be easily linked together using heavy-duty chains. Individual components like 20" Chute Sections, Y Sections, Top Hoppers, Side Hoppers, and Fixing Frames can be seamlessly combined to create a customised waste disposal system tailored to the specific needs of your construction site.
Heavy-duty chains connect the plastic chutes, allowing for waste disposal at various levels of the assembled system. This modularity offers unmatched flexibility, allowing you to build a system that perfectly aligns with the layout of your project.
