2.4m x 3.0m Single Leaf Palisade Security Gate

This 2.4m x 3.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate can be used to create an access point for small vehicles within a Palisade Security Fencing structure of the same height. At 3.0m wide, it is great for allowing vehicles such as forklifts and cars to pass in and out of your site; although only one line of traffic is able to drive through at one time. This palisade gate can easily be incorporated into your palisade security fencing system where it works in conjunction with the fencing when closed to secure the site. Then to open the gate you just need to simply undo the sliding bolt and lift the drop bolt, allowing the gate to swing open. You can also add further protection to your security fencing and palisade gate by locking it with a Heavy Duty Padlock, and this is available as a customisation option. As this gate is 2.4m high, it is suitable for high security risk areas.

This palisade gate is extremely versatile as it may be installed on both hard and soft grounds. If you intend to install your security fencing and palisade gate on a hard ground surface you will need to Bolt Down Posts; whereas if you intend to assemble this gate on softer types of ground, you will require Dig-In Posts. This gate also offers great stability and can withstand windy conditions.

Features and Manufacture

This 2.4m x 3.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate is very strong and durable. It is made from steel that has been cold rolled during manufacture, and this has made the gate more lightweight but still very strong. This palisade gate is also galvanised with a zinc coating which complies with BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standards, and this helps to prevent rusting. You can also choose to have this gate polyester powder coated. By doing this, your palisade gate is provided with more protection against damage and corrosion, as well as given a colourful appearance. This palisade gate is designed to be very difficult to climb and this is achieved through the shape of the pales. The pales are hard to grip because of their ‘W’ profile shape, which helps to hinder climbing attempts. The tops of the pales also encompass a very restrictive design to help prevent intrusion and damage to your premises. With styles such as Round and Notched, Single Pointed and Flat available, you can select pales which are suitable for your location and the level of security that you wish to provide. All 2.4m x 3.0m single leaf palisade gates are supplied with the standard features of a galvanised finish and triple pointed pales. However you can modify these features by customising your gate in the order section above.

Gate Kit

As 2.4m x 3.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gates require a number of components for their assembly, we supply all of our gates as a kit. Ordering this kit is not only a great way to ensure that you have the correct items for your gate, but it also ensures you have the correct amount of each item. We do not include Postfix cement or Ground Anchor Bolts within our gate kits so for the installation of your palisade gate you will need to add these to your shopping cart as additional items.
