This 2.0m x 9.0m Double Leaf Palisade Gate can easily be connected to a Palisade Fencing system in order to allow HGV’s to enter a site. By installing this type of Palisade Gate you can monitor when vehicles are entering and exiting your premises, as well as keeping the location secure and protected when it is vacated. This Palisade Gate opens to a total width of 9.0m and the two gate leaves can be opened one at a time or together. To secure these Palisade Gate leaves when they are shut you just need to lower the drop bolts into the ground beneath and shift the sliding latch bolt across. To provide your security fencing and Palisade Gate with further security you can use a Heavy-Duty Padlock.
With a height of 2.0m, this type of Palisade Gate is more suitable for locations which do not require a high level of security. You can erect this security gate on different ground types. If this Palisade Fencing Gate is built upon hard ground for example concrete, Bolt Down posts will be required, but if the gate is assembled on softer ground like grass, then Dig-In posts will be required.
Offering a high level of strength and robustness, this 2.0m high Double Leaf Palisade Gate is extremely dependable. It is made from steel which has undergone a cold rolling process for its manufacture, which therefore makes it more lightweight but without losing its strength in any way. To protect the condition of this steel, it is supplied with an effective galvanised finish which conforms to the BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standard. By supplying this type of finish, your Palisade Gate is able to become more resistant to the formation of rust. We also offer Polyester Powder Coating for this Palisade Gate. This type of finish is really useful as not only does it give your Palisade Gate better protection against weathering and damage, but it allows it to adopt a more colourful and aesthetically pleasing appearance for the environment in which it will stand. To opt for Polyester Powder Coating finish, please select it as a customisation option.
This Palisade Gate is also designed to make climbing opportunities greatly restricted. The profile of each palisade pale featuring within the palisade gate’s construction has a ‘W’ shape in order to make it hard for anyone to gain a strong grip, so they cannot pull themselves up and climb over.
Palisade Gates will automatically be supplied with triple pointed pale types and a galvanised finish, unless this is altered in the customisation section above.
This Palisade Gate requires many different components for its assembly and this why we supply all of our gates as a handy kit. You will receive all of the necessary parts and fixings within your kit, which means that items will not need to be ordered individually. If Postfix cement is required for Dig-In Posts or anchor bolts for bolt down posts, you will need to place a separate order for these as we do not supply this product within our kits.
There is also the option to customise your Palisade gate by choosing the pale type, posts type, finish or a Heavy-Duty Padlock to provide extra security. This way, you can ensure that your gate successfully meets all of your needs.
