The gate leaf measures 1145mm high x 4880mm wide (16ft) and features:
- 2 x 45mm x 1.5mm top and bottom rails
- 5 x 32mm x 1.2mm intermediate rails
- Spring-loaded bolt kit, including spring, cotter pin, washer and bolt
- 2 x M20 x 150mm adjustable eye bolts with hex nuts
- Two upper boss holes to allow for adjustment when hanging the gate
The adjustable eye bolts and additional boss holes make installation easier, particularly where existing hook spacing varies.
Installation & Maintenance
This metal farm gate leaf can be installed onto existing posts or walls, or used with new gate posts. For installations on soft ground such as soil or grass, Post Mix is recommended to provide a secure and stable foundation.
