Introducing Recycled Plastic Closed Board Fencing

First Fence’s recycled plastic fencing is crafted from Plaswood, a durable material designed to look like real wood and endure harsh weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, UV rays, and moisture. Unlike natural wood, it resists rotting, warping, splintering, and insect damage. Both the fencing and its raw materials undergo strict quality testing, and the recycling process transforms waste into sustainable products.

The 1.2m high closed board system consists of posts, horizontal rails, and vertical pales. Each 3.1m section is made from two posts, two horizontal rails, 28 pales, and 2 centre pales. An end post is used to terminate the run.

This 1.2m vertical centre pale is used in the middle of each half of the 3.1m bay, the extra length touching the ground adding support. Two centre pales are needed per 3.1m bay.

The system is relatively easy to fix together with are easily fixed in place with twin flight, parallel thread, coarse pitch screws, similar to those used with wooden particle boards or hi-low screws.

This is a dig-in fencing system and requires one bag of post mix per post. It is recommended that posts are installed at 1.5m post centre intervals.
