1.2m High Double Leaf Standard Bow Top Railing Gate Kit

With a stylish bow top design, these 1.2m high double leaf metal gates will make fantastic garden gates, secure driveways or create access points to outdoor spaces such as parks and playgrounds. Available in a range of widths starting at 2.0m up to 10.0m, these gates can be used to create securable access points suitable for anything from pedestrians to multiple lanes of vehicles.

Each of these 1.2m high metal gates has been built to meet our exceedingly high standards by our expert fabrication team using galvanised steel. These gates are not only built to last but the zinc coating will provide a layer of protection to the steel, preventing the formation of rust.

So that the gate can be securely closed when not in use, each metal bow top railing gate is supplied with a gate leaf with a sliding latch and a gate leaf with a catch. The slider can also be locked in place with the use of a heavy-duty padlock (sold separately).

As well as the catch and slider system, each gate is also supplied with two drop bolts which can be used to hold the gate leafs open for extended periods of time. They can also be used to further secure the gates closed when not in use.

So that these gates can be installed in a wide range of outdoor locations, these 1.2m high double leaf bow top metal gates are available with either dig in or bolt down posts.

Dig in posts – The dig in posts are designed for use in locations where the ground type is soft, allowing holes to be dug easily. These posts are longer than the bolt down version as a section of the post will need to be placed into the hole and secured in place with the use of post mix (sold separately)

Bolt down posts – Bolt down posts are the ideal choice for locations where the ground may have been covered with concrete, which makes digging holes either impractical from a logistic perspective or costly. These posts have a base plate, which allows the posts to be held securely in place with the use of ground anchor bolts (sold separately).

Each gate kit contains the following:

• 1 x Sliding latch gate leaf
• 1 x Catch gate leaf
• 2 x Hinge gate post
• 4 x Adjustable gate eye
• 2 x Drop bolt

Customise your gate with a PPC finish

As standard, all of our 1.2m double leaf standard bow top railing gates are finished with a high-quality zinc galvanised coating. This coating provides the steel with a level of protection against weathering and rust.

It is also possible to order these metal gates with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). These fantastic looking coatings are available in a wide range of RAL colours, providing a splash of colour to your gates. These coatings also provide the steel with an additional layer of protection against weathering and rust formation.

Add additional security to your gate with a gate restrainer

Gate restrainers provide additional safety to your gate by “restraining” the gate leafs in the unfortunate and unlikely event that the hinges should fail. Incredibly easy to install, the restrainers are made from high quality braided stainless steel and can hold the gate leafs safely until repairs can be made.
