The ProFence® series, as a whole, has undergone rigorous testing and achieved esteemed accreditation under the demanding LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) standards. This certification signifies an impressive one-minute delay against hostile attacks using various hand tools from Toolkit A, including glass cutters, wrenches, non-metallic rope, and pliers. These compact hand tools, often favoured by potential intruders for their concealability, pose a significant challenge.

This crucial sixty-second delay provides a valuable window for on-site security personnel to detect any breach on CCTV and respond promptly. Features and Benefits

Our double leaf gate offers excellent flexibility in terms of access control. Crafted from high-quality steel, which is hot dip galvanised to ISO 1461 standards. It is further enhanced with a polyester powder coating, available in various colours, to enhance its resistance to wear, damage, rust, and corrosion.

The comprehensive kit includes a sliding gate leaf, a catch leaf, two hinge gate posts, two drop bolts, six adjustable gate eyes, and ribbed inserts for the gate frame and posts. The gate leaves feature an 868 mesh infill, a well-established security mesh configuration with 6mm thick vertical wires and 8mm thick horizontals, making it highly resistant to cutting.

This robust mesh is ideal for scenarios requiring clear perimeter visibility or seamless integration with CCTV systems.

To enhance security, our gate kit integrates six adjustable gate eyes, ensuring gate stability even in the unlikely event of hinge failure. Each adjustable gate eye bolt is securely fastened with a snap-off shear nut, minimising the risk of post-installation removal. Furthermore, two Drop Bolts add an extra layer of safety.

When properly installed and maintained, this gate is designed to provide many years of service.

Easy Installation

Our SR1-rated gate kit is available in both dig-in and bolt-down formats, making it adaptable to diverse ground conditions. Whether you are dealing with grass or other soft terrains that require the dig-in option, or concrete and other solid ground types that demand bolt-down posts, we offer comprehensive solutions.

The bolt-down kit includes essential ground anchor bolts, while the dig-in kit requires the addition of Post Mix to your order. For optimal installation, we recommend three bags per post. You should use either C20 or C25 post mix.

Versatile Access Control

Our gate is designed to accommodate pedestrian access with an access width of 2.0m. This gate kit incorporates a sliding latch bolt to securely close the leaves, while the drop bolts ensure steadfast leaf placement. You retain the flexibility to open one or both leaves to align with your specific requirements.

A recommended range of approved Secure By Design (SBD) padlocks is available.
