The PaliFence® series has undergone rigorous testing to achieve this accreditation, indicating a sixty-second delay against such attacks. These crucial seconds provide on-site security teams with the necessary time to detect breaches and respond promptly.

Features and Benefits

The PaliFence® LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) Double Leaf Gate, standing at a height of 2.1m, is available in widths ranging from 2.0 to 10.0m, catering to various scenarios. Whether serving as an entry point for pedestrians or facilitating vehicle access, this gate offers exceptional flexibility in access control, providing the option to operate one or both leaves.

The PaliFence 2.1m Double Leaf Gate Kit comprises two gate leaves, two hinge posts, and six adjustable gate eyes. These six gate eyes guarantee compliance with BS EN 12604 standards, ensuring that even if one hinge were to fail unexpectedly, the gate would stay securely in place, preventing any potential damage or injury. Each gate eye is secured with a shear nut upon installation, ensuring its tamper-proof nature.

Crafted from hot-dip galvanised steel in compliance with ISO 1461 standards, this double leaf gate is perfect for permanent outdoor use. Galvanisation provides durability against rust and corrosion, ensuring an extended lifespan. Additionally, the gate can be optionally coated with polyester powder, providing a sleek finish and offering added protection.

The security-rated palisade fencing gate is equipped with three cross rails on each leaf, strategically positioned at the top, middle, and bottom. This layout effectively minimises bending of the pales during assaults. The bottom rail is situated low to prevent any potential breaches, ensuring that the gap remains too small for a person to pass through. Additionally, the gate's fixings are galvanised and patch treated, featuring anti-vibration technology to deter unauthorised removal of nuts and bolts during an attack.

The gate is secured in the closed position with the sliding latch bolt. Choose from our recommended range of Squire Stronghold approved Secure By Design (SBD) padlocks. Note, that for gates to be compliant with LPS 1175 standards, one of these padlocks must be fitted. The double gate comes with two drop bolts.

Installation made easy

The PaliFence® gate is available in a dig-in or bolt-down format; you will need to assess your ground conditions before making your choice. The bolt-down option comes with four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts for each post. Post Mix (C20/25) is required for the dig-in post option and is available as an extra purchase. It is recommended that you use three bags per post and that you use either C20 or C25 post mix. This gate has a 50mm ground clearance.
