|Conformity||Compliant with Chapter 8 Streetworks|
The Endurafence is designed to protect deep excavations and hazardous sites, providing a high level of visibility whilst increasing privacy for site workers and protecting passers by from debris or other potential hazards. At the length of 1000mm, this barrier has increased versatility, providing the option of using the sections as gates within your fencing installation.
Endurafence barriers are easily installed and transported. Thanks to their lightweight design, this fencing system can be easily moved and assembled by a single member of staff. It is also small enough to be transported in smaller works vehicles such as vans.
Each of these barriers complies with the chapter 8 regulations for safety of road and street works. The bays of Endurafence are highly visible, with bright orange colouring and reflective strips for low light and adverse weather conditions.
The EnduraFence chapter 8 fencing has been tested for its wind resistance, to ensure stability during poor weather conditions.
These were set up in a 2m section wide and 1m section, with each end at 90 degrees, wind blowing onto the side with the attachment. The Maximum wind speed achieved was 43 mph (69 km/h).
Mira Wind Tunnel Test July 2009 Maximum sideways force: 400 Newtons.
