Overview
Ovenden Allworks were recently tasked with installing Palisade Security Fencing around the perimeter of Snowdown Colliery. The primary objectives were to enhance security and act as a deterrent against trespassers. They also required an access point, so wanted a gate to match the security solution.
Challenges
Security Concerns – The site experienced some unauthorised access, and they wanted to try and stop this from happening again.
Solutions
After discussing the challenges of the client with the team, Ovenden Allworks decided to go with our robust Palisade Security Fencing due to its intimidating appearance.
Our Palisade Fencing is also made from cold-rolled steel and galvanised with a protective zinc coating to help prevent rust over time, and make sure that this solution would stand the test of time for Snowdown Colliery.
As they required an access point for entry in and out, they were also looking for a Palisade Gate that matched the fencing solution.
Ovenden Allworks also needed the fencing and gate to be readily available, as the client wanted to ensure that the premises were properly secure as soon as possible.

Snowdown Colliery also had the option to add further weather resilience to the palisade fencing, they could have opted for our powder coated options, where you are able to choose the RAL colour that you choose.
