Project – Event Fencing around Llandudno Pier

Overview –

The pier were looking for some temporary fencing to go around certain areas of Llandudno for an event.

Challenges –

Durability – As it would be outside for a good period of time, the fencing needed to be robust and withstand a range of outdoor weather conditions.

Safety – Due to being out in the open, the fencing needed to have no sharp edges, and provide safety to the visitors attending the Pier.

Easy to Install – As they would be installing themselves, they needed the temporary fencing to fit together easily, and be relatively easy to put up and take down again.

Quick Delivery – Due to time constraints, the Pier needed the fencing to be readily available for them in the next couple of days, so that they could have everything prepared for the event.

Solutions –

After reviewing the range of temporary fencing that they had available to them, the Pier decided to go with our crowd control barriers.

Designed to help manage pedestrian traffic and crowds, the crowd control barriers were ideal for the Pier’s event.

Strong, lightweight and easy to install, these crowd control barriers were just what the Pier were looking for. They would be able to put these up themselves where they required them, and wouldn’t need to incur extra costs to pay someone to install.

They are also easy to stack and put away to be used again in the future, which would be ideal if the Pier are planning further events in the coming months.

First Fence has these crowd control barriers in stock at our Nationwide depots, meaning that the Pier were able to have the barriers delivered for when best suited them.

Conclusion -

Llandudno Pier had the ideal barriers for managing crowds and visitors at their upcoming event, and were pleased that they had something that they would be able to use for future events that were lightweight and easy to store.
